Objective
The integrated nature of the facilities within PIC means that any downtime in one area can significantly impact other areas. To prevent this, it is crucial to maintain a smooth utility supply to each OPC within PIC. Any deviations from the plan should be discussed and agreed upon using the Utility Planning Work Group (UPWG) as a coordination platform.

Guidelines are provided for developing and implementing Potential Deviation Analysis (PDA) to manage any disruptions in utility supplies among OPCs within PIC. These guidelines serve as a reference for both current and future Operating Companies (OPCs), outlining the necessary rules and procedures.

Scope

Deviation Management for PIC will exclusively cover the supply of utilities, including steam, electricity, natural gas, nitrogen, and all types of water.
