Objective

This document outlines the steps and action plans to be implemented during utility supply disruptions, detailing roles and responsibilities to ensure that PIC operations remain safe, smooth, and efficient.

Scope

This document is applicable only during abnormal situations where there is an interruption in the supply of utilities from producers to consumers, in order to prevent a total shutdown of the complex.
