The objective of the committee is to serve as a platform for deliberating matters and concerns related to HSSE, Process Safety, and Security within PIC, PLNG2 and PT2SB. This includes achieving excellent HSSE standards and practices within common areas, facilitating solutions for concerns raised by any Operating Company, addressing issues between project executors and Operating Companies, coordinating and collaborating with all tenants in PIC on mutual interests with authorities, aligning activities, programs, and campaigns, and sharing best practices, new technology, and learnings from incidents.

Scope

The scope includes interfacing between the Park Manager and OPC/tenants, PRPC and projects, and shared services. This involves providing feedback, tracking recommendations, reviewing communication protocols, assessing fire safety and emergency readiness, tracking RCFA recommendations, collaborating on Fire Certificate renewal, HSSE campaigns, and sharing incident learnings. It also covers tracking performance gaps in shared services like emergency, fire, medical, security, and shared facilities. Specific issues concerning only two parties will not be discussed in PHCC.

Membership

The committee is chaired by the General Manager (HSE) from PRPC. Its permanent members include Heads of HSE, Operation Safety, PSM, HSSE, and Security from various OPCs in PIC, as well as representatives from project teams such as PRPC PMO, PD&T RC Project, PD&T PC Project, PD&T Titanium N-OSBL Project, and GNE Solar Project. This diverse group brings together expertise from multiple areas to ensure comprehensive oversight and effective management of health, safety, security, and environmental matters.
