Appendix 4: Integrated Turnaround Coordination Committee (ITACC)

Objective

The objective of the ITACC platform is to effectively manage interfacing matters, ensuring smooth and safe integrated turnaround and major maintenance activities in PIC. This involves consolidating the turnaround (TA) schedule among OPCs in PIC and unifying all site service requirements, such as office space, accommodation, and security, to support the integrated TA.

Scope

The scope of ITACC involves coordinating and managing integrated or interfacing matters at the PIC level. This includes aligning the turnaround (TA) schedule among OPCs, overseeing common site services, and endorsing any changes to the Turnaround and Plant Maintenance procedure in IORG.

Membership

The committee is chaired by the General Manager (Project Development) from PRPC. Its permanent members include General Managers, Senior Managers, and Managers appointed by OPCs, who bring a wealth of expertise in areas such as TA & SD Management, Plant Maintenance and Engineering, Operation, TA Planning and Preparation, HSE, Security, and Common Facilities and Services Management. This diverse expertise ensures comprehensive oversight and effective management of the committee's responsibilities.
